Booking restrictions

General:

• Earliest pickup time is 06:00

• Latest delivery time is 22:00

• Smallest interval is 1 hour

Same day:

• Earliest pickup interval is 4 hours after current time

• Temporary plate bookings must be made before 10:00

Handling time

We factor handling time into every trip. This accounts for the time the driver spends inspecting the vehicle before and after a trip, as well as breaks they take underway. Below are values we use to calculate.

Driving time	Handling time
Less than 2 hours	+10 minutes
Every 2 hours of driving	+30 minutes
Every 16 hours of driving	+8 hour
